For customers I work in external or internal roles and ensure changes in organizational units: 1. StartUp. Change in the organization. Development of existing organizational units. Improving business results. Support for mergers and acquisitions. Transition organizational unit to another stage of the life cycle. Support for increasing the value of the company. Support for moving of the company to a different geographic area. Support for closing the organizational unit. For change management and support of changes I use analytical methods for detecting the current state and future state determination. I use procedures, methods and tools: 1. Process modeling. Modeling organizational structure. Setting indicators and measuring methods. Setting the type of evaluation of the measured values and interpretation of results. Implementation of information systems. Analyses, studies and concepts. Preparation and planning changes. Support for audit and certification processes. To perform organizational changes I suggest a project approach from the description of the purpose of the changes, setting the strategic plan, a specific goal in time and costs, identifying indicators and measurement method, determination of preconditions, risks and assessing status, completion and evaluation result. My access is usually modified according to specific conditions and situations.
