Kaneka Malaysia Sdn Bhd is an affiliate of the Kaneka Corporation group of companies, headquartered in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. Kaneka Corporation has business activities that span a broad spectrum of markets ranging from polymers, resins, chemicals and foodstuffs to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electric and electronic materials and synthetic fibers. Kaneka Malaysia is a cornerstone of the Kaneka global network and has been operating in Malaysia for more than 20 years. Kaneka Malaysia supplies intermediates for the manufacturing of products in a variety of industries, including base resin for sealants, adhesives & coatings, dispersion polyvinyl chloride (DPVC) paste, emulsion polyvinyl chloride (EPVC) paste, expanded polyethylene beads and planks (EPE), expanded polypropylene beads and planks (EPP), graphite sheet & graphite sheet stickers, methyl methacrylate butadiene styrene (MBS), polyimide film, processing aid for PVC (PA) and synthetic fibers for hair products. All of these are manufactured at its 98-acre facility in Gebeng Industrial Estate, Kuantan, Pahang.
