Kapow has been bringing Comics and Pop culture related merchandise to fans in South Africa since 2005. With the launch of the new shop in Kensington Square Shopping center in 2018, Kapow expanded the offering to include board and card games. Along with this has been a move to a new shop which includes a 200 square meter playing area at the Durban Retail store. Responding to demand for quality apparel, Kapow has partnered with established local companies for the manufacture of quality T-shirts, caps and accessories in a range set to expand over the course of 2020.
