Its mission is to be a leading company in designing and developing chilling, freezing, and food processing solutions. In 2024, an investment group, KAPP Skaginn, agreed to purchase Skaginn 3X. The deal included all the equipment and liquid assets of Skaginn 3X in Akranes, Iceland. Before, Skaginn 3X took its shape when two companies, Skaginn hf and 3X Technology ehf, joined forces to create Skaginn 3X, a company with strong roots in the Icelandic seafood sector and the ability to work internationally. Our strength lies in our innovative company culture and our dedication to working closely with our customers to meet their requirements and offering them solutions that bring value to their business.
