Karalundi is a technology company dedicated to the integration of biometric systems, specialized in voice, fingerprint and facial verification, identification and forensic analysis. Karalundi also provides consulting services to several system integration companies in the US and Latin American markets. Karalundi customers include banks, telecom operators, contact centers and security agencies. Karalundi was founded in 2006. In 2014 private investors joined the company and Manuel Rojas was appointed as President. In mid 2014 Karalundi released its Koala VSP platform, which integrates biometrics, voice services and call analysis for verification/identification, fraud prevention and legal call intercept applications. Karalundi solutions are robust, scalable, open and designed to operate in secure cloud environments. The Koala VSP platform has been benchmarked by leading users and rated as one of the best in the industry.
