KareCondo is a full service community association management company founded in November of 1985 upon principles that place the utmost value on our clients’ community wellness and objectives. We’re in the business of building long term, solid relationships that are based upon trust and quality client service. Our staff is comprised of thirteen (13) community association management professionals with over seventy-five (75) years of combined experience helping associations reach their community goals by applying a partnership approach to community association management. We are dedicated to providing the sound guidance, expertise and customer care that is required in every aspect of our clients’ responsibilities to their community. We believe that by being in a partnership with the Board of Directors allows them to make more sound decisions while maintaining our relationship as their administrative arm and advisor, not their decision makers.
