You decide what you want to include, when and how high you want to aim. That’s why you’ll learn a blend of skills adapted from the worlds of theatre, film, consultative selling, communications strategy, journalism, executive coaching, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural theory. Our approach is 90% practical to ensure that you understand the concepts, tools and techniques and have the confidence and experience to use them immediately back at work. As business people ourselves, we are focussed on results. This is why we give you gaps between sessions to practice back in real life, measure, film you and support you with email advice every two weeks. It is also why we encourage you to enter into a programme of learning which will give you the range of skills you need. We don’t do dull. Our exercises are imaginative and our courses are upbeat and enjoyable. You’ll find your specialist coaches encouraging and positive but challenging.
