In order to provide a full satisfactory service, since the beginning of the activity, it was decided to limit the service to AgustaWestland’s products. Karen SA is providing full fleets management, by: operating helicopters, providing pilots and engineers Continuos Airworthiness Monitoring providing Maintenance Management, providing Crew continuos training, preparing operational and financial reporting and all other requirements needed in order to satisfy the customer requests. Karen SA is an EASA PART-145 approved maintenance organisation and AgustaWestland’s Authorised Service Center. The maintenance activity is performed in approved bases, located in 3 continents, with headquarter in Lodrino (Switzerland). The maintenance department guarantee a full support to our customer avoiding the need to have additional contracts with third companies, aiming to get a full service. Karen SA is certified on the following types: AW139, A109 series, A119, B206 series. Karen SA professional service and experience is supporting AgustaWestland’s customers in three continents: Europe, Asia and Africa.
