Karfo was found by a team of 30 years of engineering and design experience in home appliance, who have a simple mission in mind: to create home appliances that were both eco-friendly and practical. 47% of food waste comes from households, but people are often unsure about how they can help solve the problem. That’s where we come in. We wanted to develop appliances that would help people reduce their waste and energy consumption, while also creating products that were easy to use and enjoyable. Backed by science, we give people the tools and knowledge they need to take action on food waste. We began with a home composter, designed to turn kitchen scraps into compost quickly and easily. Not only did this reduce landfill waste, but it allowed people to use the compost in their own gardens and green spaces. Our team then decided to take their mission a step further and create a Cold Brew Coffee Maker made from recycled materials. Not only did this help reduce the amount of waste going into landfills, but it provided an enjoyable way to start the day with a delicious drink. We're proud to offer our customers products that are both stylish and sustainable, accessible. We hoped to inspire people to create a more sustainable lifestyle, while also providing the convenience and joy of home appliances.
