Karhuvalu Oy

Karhuvalu Oy, founded in the Pori region in 1947 and later transferred its operations to Rauma, initially only lit copper and aluminum alloys, until in the 1980s production was expanded to include stainless and acid-resistant steels and cast irons. In 2003, the company's business was transferred to new owners. At the same time, the company changed its name to Karhuvalu Oy and Mika Koivuniemi became the new CEO. In 2004, the company's business moved from Pori to Rauma to new and appropriate premises. Our company's long-standing operations are a strong indication of our customers' trust in our expertise and service. Our success is based on decades of professionalism and up-to-date production equipment. Our customers are companies of the Finnish engineering industry of various sizes, from small machine shops to large Finnish, globally operating listed companies.
