Karimpol Group is a real estate developer established in 1991 in order to develop and lease commercial real estate in the CEE countries. At present, the group operates in 5 countries in the region: Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. The Polish office of Karimpol was opened in 1997. So far, Karimpol Polska completed 9 office projects in Warsaw: Stratos, Mistral, Passat, Taifun, Equator I, II, IV and Skyliner office building – the largest and the most prestigious investment of the Group. Total lease area of all the Polish investment projects of the Group is around sq.m. For over 30 years of operations, the Karimpol Group has become one of the most efficiently operating private developers in the CEE.
