Providing Building Design and Drafting Services in the Cincinnati area Residential design and drafting services using AutoCAD • Generating as-built drawings including measuring, collecting data and photographing the existing conditions and then creating as-built AutoCAD drawings • Working with architect’s, or residential building designer’s to produce AutoCAD plans • Provide both residential design and drafting services to produce plans for both feasibility and permit construction plans Other drafting services using AutoCAD - Although, most of my experience with SBC was with residential remodeling, within my over 20 years of building design and drafting experience, I also have a great deal of experience working on commercial projects. 3D renderings, illustrations, and other artwork - using various computer applications such as Google Sketch Up and Adobe Photoshop. My services are provided on an as needed basis. Affordable – Because I am working from a home office, I have little overhead giving me the ability to keep the cost of my services low.
