In 1991, when a group of core staffs started the business with the first store opening, Raperin Drug Store. Subsequently, under the supervision of Mr. Rasul T.Taha, the business expansion has started to progress gradually. In 1997-1998, another branch under the name Bahar Drug Store was opened in Sulaimania City. In 2006, Karoos Company was established in Erbil city under supervising the same group that run the previous mentioned stores. Karoos Scientific Bureau was established in Baghdad in 2007. The core responsibilities of this office lie mainly in registrations and Sales & Marketing function for all the companies that hold their agencies.
