Karsson Hawke work with property managing agents in London and the South East. They maintain the landscaped areas to apartment complexes, gated developments, retail parks and commercial premises. They also undertake one off landscape projects to improve areas subject to anti social behaviour and create wildlife habitats. In addition they also provide cleaning both of both the internal and external communal areas of these sites. Grounds Maintenance All aspects of landscape maintenance are undertaken. Lawn care, including regular treatments and upgrades. Shrub care including identification and treatments of pests and diseases. Pesticide and herbicide application by skilled and qualified team members. Landscape Design & Build Wildlife habitat creation, soft and hard landscaping projects. Turfing, shrubbery, and also interior plant displays. Waste Management Licenced with the environment agency for safe and responsible carriage and disposal of bulk waste. This may include fly tips in car parks or flat clearances left in communal bin stores. Internal and External Cleaning Regular planned cleaning of communal areas, hallways, stairwells etc as well as Window Cleaning using modern pure water reach and wash systems. One of pressure washing to external areas also undertaken.
