Kasari Research Lab

For over 25 years, Dr. Connie Kasari has been actively involved in developing cutting edge treatments for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The Kasari lab was established in 1997 and is a part of the Center for Autism Research and Treatment (CART) at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Kasari specializes in social communication, targeting early core deficits in infants, toddlers and preschoolers with ASD and other forms of communicative disabilities, as well as peer relationships in school-aged children with ASD. The lab is currently involved in several randomized controlled trials, with the most recent work including multi-site studies. We offer diagnostic assessments and treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders, as well as opportunities to participate in research studies.
