The independent consulting company Kasatkin Consulting was founded in 2022 by Dmitry Kasatkin to formalize consulting activities for a pool of customers under one brand. The mission of our business is to maximize the added value of the customer through the implementation of projects to solve non-trivial tasks characterized by high uncertainty, with increased requirements for deadlines, quality and budget. The independent consulting company Kasatkin Consulting combines the experience and competence of experts in key areas of outsourcing from large and medium-sized businesses. As part of its activities, projects are implemented by the following areas: consulting department (strategy and operations), analytical center (research, analytics, modeling, data-science), investment department (investments, transactions, venture), risk management department (compliance risks) and the center for sustainable development and innovation. The experience includes more than 100 successfully implemented projects, with a budget of 0,1 to 2 million USD, the economic effect of the implemented projects is estimated at 0,2 billion USD.
