Our real estate practice includes serving as closing agent for several local and national banks and includes most aspects of real estate development and commercial transactions. Our business/commercial practice encompasses a large cross-section of clients, including new and developing small businesses, as well as non-profit and limited liability companies. Our estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts and health care directives, as well as the preparation of advanced estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts and family partnerships. Our litigation practice includes corporate, real estate and probate proceedings. When confronted with issues in areas in which we do not emphasize our practice, we consult with other counsel (primarily specialty practice firms) for advice and/or referral. We are thereby able to offer a more comprehensive service to our clients while maintaining the benefits of a more personal relationship between lawyer and client.
