Katalyst Advisors is a boutique structuring and advisory firm founded by Ketan Dalal, erstwhile Managing Partner (West) and Joint Tax Leader of PwC India. Binoy Parikh and Deep Chandan have been a part of the Katalyst journey since its inception in April 2017 and are a part of the core team at Katalyst. Our strengths are primarily advising and conceptualising holding structures, succession planning, other promoter handholding matters and M&A structures (internal group restructuring and transaction structuring), from a commercial, tax and regulatory perspective. We also render advice on specialized tax issues (domestic and international) and regulatory issues pertaining to the Takeover Code, inbound/ FDI or outbound investments and other SEBI or RBI-related regulations including assistance in obtaining any SEBI/ RBI approvals.
