Who we are Katawave is the first of its kind- a business imagination studio, powered by a repeatable process of imagination with one goal- to co-create the future of business with the leadership teams of organisations wishing to remain resonant. Using our proprietary business imagination platform Wholethink we empower leaders with new ways of thinking about their business and new ways of seeing the world as it really is. Born out of 7 years research and real world business applications, our approach is being used by some of the world's largest organizations, and is based on powerful underlying patterns of people and things and how they interact to create new opportunities for growth. Over a period of 12 weeks our experiential engagements deliver a meaningful North Star for leadership teams, a set of supporting strategic themes, and a total proposition that is aligned with the internal and external realities of now and the future. These engagements are purposefully designed, where the journey equips leaders with new tools and mindsets to become strategic visionaries, introduces new ingredients for them to play with and ask new questions, and provides the building blocks to craft a direction and proposition that will resonate at an individual and collective level.
