I am a highly respected trained coach with a down-to-earth and practical approach; I have a wealth of experience gained from coaching a wide remit of clients over the last 14 years. I have worked with teams within multi-national investment banks as well as with private individuals, but I mostly now work with small to medium sized businesses. In my experience, your business status does not matter, as we all have similar reactions, emotions and responses to the challenges of life and work. My job is to help you work out what you (either as an individual, a business owner or a team) are trying to achieve and then how you are going to do this. I give you the constructive tools and insight you need to make the changes happen. I support and challenge (kindly!), so that you have the confidence to see the path you need to take.
