For too long, us neurodivergent individuals have been misunderstood and expected to fit into an environment that isn't built for our different ways of processing - leaving many of us just trying to survive instead of thrive. Workplaces, schools, and society often focus on what we struggle with - rather than changing the environment to focus on the incredible strengths we can bring. This needs to change. As a Certified ADHD Coach and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with experience working across schools, homes, and various organisations specialising in creating supportive and inclusive environments. I help neurodivergent professionals, parents, and workplace leaders create environments where everyone feels empowered, supported, and heard. I founded katelatrobe to challenge outdated narratives about neurodivergence and provide real, practical strategies for thriving - whether that’s in your career, business, or daily life. I’m passionate about taking a neuroaffirmative approach - recognising that neurodivergence isn’t something to “fix” but something to understand, support, and celebrate. I also focus on intersectionality because neurodivergence doesn’t exist in isolation - our identities, experiences, and the world around us shape it. What I Do: Coaching & Support: Helping neurodivergent professionals and parents build confidence, improve executive function, and navigate challenges like burnout and overwhelm. Workplace Training: Guiding companies on how to create truly inclusive environments that go beyond “awareness” and into meaningful action. Speaking & Events: Reframing the way we see neurodivergence through engaging talks and discussions. Because being neurodivergent isn’t a flaw to fix - it’s a different way of thinking, working, and thriving.
