Katelyn Marie Designs is an interior design firm that specializes in making remodeling and home decor easier for busy professionals. We serve clients across the US from a home base in Annapolis and the Kansas City metro area. We save our clients time, money, and stress by guiding them through their home design projects and being their advocate to contractors and vendors. We make the design process streamlined and efficient by utilizing cloud based, virtual technologies. We have an industry-rare focus on total transparency, with up front pricing and a practice of open, honest communication. Our intentional approach puts the client experience at the forefront of the design process, and at the core of the design composition. Our firm is led by founder and principal Katelyn Marie whose work is described as smart, modern, classy, and functional. Katelyn has worked as a lead designer and project manager for several design build firms in the DMV aeras. Aside from her keen eye for composition, she has a knack for solving layout problems and a penchant for handicap accessible design. She is a multi-passionate individual with that loves costume design and the performing arts. She is grateful to have positively impacted the lives of hundreds of people through her design work on single family homes, multi-unit and other residential spaces.
