Kates Detective & Security Academy, Inc. manages our own in-house training academy which allows us to monitor the content and quality of our training program in real time. Our programs include comprehensive basic skills in De-escalation/Anger Management Training, Employment Coaching/Skills, Recovery Coaching/Skills, 20 Hour Security, Lift Truck Certification Training, Construction Flagger Certification Training, and Basic Blueprint Reading.
