As an EFT International (EFTi) Master Trainer, Practitioner, Mentor and Relationship Coach, my focus is all about supporting and coaching women in relationships with themselves and others; empowering them to embody and love who they truly are, finding their authentic and fearless voice and attracting true love. I have been privileged to have been trained and mentored by well-known and highly regarded EFT/Tapping trainers, like Craig Weiner, Alina Frank and Dr Peta Stapleton. My belief is that everyone deserves a life free of negative emotions, feelings and negative beliefs that stop them from being, doing and experiencing a life they would love, so that their true possibilities can be experienced; a life they love living, the person they love being, and doing and experiencing what they love. I am compassionate, people-focused, and heart-connected and do my very best to create and provide the space to help my clients work through emotional blocks, negative and limiting beliefs which have been holding them back from having authentic, healthy and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Once we reduce stress, anxiety and emotional pain perception changes and magic happens. I bring the skills and expertise that supports my clients to identify unconscious beliefs and provides the tools to eliminate them so those behaviours and patterns that no longer serve them are no longer present enabling them to create and live a life they love.
