Katla Carbon

Katla Carbon partners with civil society organisations, governments and institutions to advance their climate goals by delivering measurable climate impact in communities most affected by the climate crisis. We focus on one of the most underutilized climate solutions: expanding education for marginalized girls in climate-vulnerable regions. Our first-of-its-kind methodology quantifies the climate impact of increasing girls’ education, enabling climate finance to reach communities where it can simultaneously advance human rights, gender equity, and climate resilience.
