Katrina Dreamer

Katrina Dreamer, MA provides dreamwork, mindfulness, and energy healings and clearings for her clients. She has more than a decade of experience helping people feel more relaxed and comfortable with themselves and their space. Dreamwork: Katrina creates a safe space for delving into the symbols and stories present in your dreams and provides expert support to help you understand what your dreams mean. Ultimately she believes the dreamer is the best interpreter of his or her dream, but having a seasoned guide with you is invaluable. Individual dreamwork sessions and dream groups are offered. She is also the co-host of the podcast Dreaming Back to the Earth and is the Northern New England representative for the International Association for the Study of Dreams. Mindfulness: Katrina offers mindfulness training for children and adults through workshops and individual sessions. She also teaches hybrid mindfulness and test prep workshops and courses. Energy Healing and Clearing: Katrina works with your energy system (aura and chakras) to help you experience increased clarity, access to your inner wisdom, and the motivation to move forward. As a trained intuitive healer, she can work with past lives, heal ancestral wounds, clear stuck energy, and help you feel more love, relaxation, happiness, strength, and freedom. She can also help clear spaces, including your home or office. Additionally, Katrina teaches workshops in basic energy work for small groups and office staffs.
