Kaupmees Grupp represents a leading group of wholesale and distribution companies in the Baltics, bringing together diverse yet complementary business units. It was established in 2022 to consolidate group-level management and shared services. The group includes both companies with over 30 years of experience and younger, segment-focused organizations. In 2024, the group's consolidated revenue exceeded 190 million euros and on average it employed over 500 people. Our priorities include ethical and responsible business conduct, supporting employee well-being, driving innovation, and advancing digitalization. We engage in cooperation with universities and invest in a supportive work environment and sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and promote environmental responsibility. Built on extensive sector expertise and robust supply networks, our end-to-end solutions are shaped by customer needs – encompassing premium drinks, fresh products, logistics, and sustainability initiatives. Our subsidiaries: • AS Kaupmees & Ko (since 1992) – Estonia’s leading HoReCa supplier, also serving schools, hospitals, and retailers through seven Cash & Carry stores, a call centre, and a 24/7 online ordering platform. • AS Tridens (since 1988) – a distributor of international brands across the Baltics, specialising in the import and wholesale mainly of alcoholic beverages and food products. Its portfolio includes over 150 brands such as Red Bull, Jägermeister, Tupla, and Mynton. • Karisma Food OÜ (since 2011) – a flexible customer-oriented supplier focusing on fresh produce to the HoReCa and Retail sector in Estonia, with 24/7 online ordering and logistics. • SILRO Logistics OÜ (since 2024) – a warehouse and logistics provider offering picking and labeling services, certified under FSSC to ensure reliable food safety management and risk control.
