Permit us to introduce ourselves. We are a small scale industry which is involved in manufacturing of machining parts as per required by the customers. We are manufacturers of gear box components and other machine parts. We assure on time delivery of order according to the customer’s specification with optimal quality. Quality checking is done in three stages in our factory. During reception of raw materials, during production and after production, in order to confirm the best possible output. Online quality checking is done during the production by our supervisor. Final quality checking is done after the production is done. If any defect is observed in the component, the corrective action is taken immediately and further preventive action is taken to avoid repetition of that particular defect.
