Kayel Solutions are a family-owned and operated Recruitment company with over 20 years' experience across warehousing logistics, transportation and customer service. Owner Josh Wiparata has worked in some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest transportation and event management companies and has seen first hand the ongoing challenge of sourcing and maintaining quality staff to ensure productivity and success within organisations. Outsourcing staff on a contract basis has become a cost-efficient way to keep overheads down but often brings unreliability, lack of experience and mismanagement of contract staff which struggles to achieve strong business outcomes. It is for this reason that Kayel Solutions was established. We’re a labouring company who prides itself on contracting staff who have a passion for this industry with the management tools to deliver quality and consistency within your established teams. All of our Staff come with a breadth of experience from a variety of transport departments and are inducted with freight handling training, warehousing procedures and site specific inductions if required. Our staff are screened, referenced checked and categorised by the business owner, Josh Wiparata and placed according to the skill level required by our client. Deployment is available 24hours a day, 7days a week with running reports of daily operations to monitor productivity for each placement. As a company we value the importance of bringing new talent into our industry and equipping them with important skills to excel in their chosen field. We work with a number of schools and community groups to find enthusiastic and motivated youth, school leavers, career changers and seniors to join this initiative. We then work with key clients to place these individuals onsite with a development and training plan to ensure their success.
