Kayn Recruitment came about after many years of working with recruitment agencies across the sector. Having working in it for 18 years, we found there was no one who specialised purely in children’s home recruitment, and often they did not fully understand the role or the regulatory side of running an Ofsted registered home. Our value to your setting is with our recruitment consultants, each consultant has experience from the sector, having previously held management or senior management roles.
