KB Advising is a minority-owned business that was founded in 2020 to provide state, local, and tribal governments with the support they need to effectively navigate federal grants and manage their projects. KBA brings deep expertise in disaster recovery programs that include Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), FEMA Public Assistance (PA), FEMA Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), and Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). Our team is proud to be playing a role in the nation's fight against COVID-19 by helping clients administer their programs for the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) and some of the country's largest Emergency Rental Association Programs (ERAP) and Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) programs.
