KBZ Żuradzki Barczyk & Wspólnicy Adwokaci i Radcy Prawni sp.k. has been present on the market for over 20 years. By it operated as IUS S.C, a civil-law partnership offering legal services. Subsequently, it was converted into a limited partnership under the name B. Żuradzka Kancelaria Prawna sp.k. Since February 2022, it has been in operation under its present name. The law firm was founded by Ms Barbara Żuradzka, a lawyer, who continues to be its mentor. Since 2004, we have been a member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers based in London. We are also a member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, and we do cooperate with the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Region of Zilina. In 2007-2009, KBZ Law Firm had an office in Dublin, Ireland, under the name KMB Stuglik Solicitors. Our team is made up of three partners (advocates and a foreign lawyer), nine professional lawyers, three foreign lawyers, and office workers based in two of our branch offices in Katowice, as well as lawyers and office workers in Bratislava, Larnaca and Prague. We do speak English, Korean, Italian, Greek, Slovak, Czech, French, German and Russian, We are ready to expand our team to include independent advocates and legal advisers as well as office workers. We provide legal services to small, medium-sized and large enterprises based in Poland and foreign businesses developing their operations in Poland, other EU countries, in neighbouring countries, particularly in Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hong-Kong and Macau. We are one of the few Polish law firms offering sophisticated tax planning/offshore tax planning services. We do this successfully in Poland and internationally.
