KDK, LLP, which started as Kurzman & Scibetta, began its practice in November of 1976. The firm has always had a strong specialization in taxation and a philosophy of providing superior professional services to its clients. A client who would be best served by the firm would be one which has a competent in house financial person who fully understands the day to day accounting and financial aspects of the business. As a firm comprised only of experienced CPAs our skill set is not geared to providing routine bookkeeping type services but rather to allowing our clients to have superior tax and accounting personnel available to address their tax and business needs.
