KDS & Associates are a Central London based architectural practice with over 20 years experience in providing niche architectural services and technical delivery to private clients, developers and main contractors. Our team consists of both qualified Architects and Building Technologists who have worked together for many years and who take great pride in the quality of the service they provide. Our Architects provide design and management input throughout the project, complemented by the construction detailing of the technical staff during the project build. We maintain a flexible attitude as to roles and duties, according to the nature of the project. KDS offers a full service, from feasibility and planning through to completion on site. This includes post planning approval design development, working drawing information and technical support for the construction stage of large, mixed use building projects. We have earned a reputation in the industry for developing difficult concepts into a deliverable set of drawings, primarily in the Design and Build sector. KDS take possession and responsibility for the design developed by others at concept stage. From here we initiate design development, positive value engineering, technical audits to ensure regulatory compliance, and construction detailing, whilst ensuring the spirit and viability of the project is not compromised. KDS also take on planning negotiations and new submissions when required, seeing these through as part of the project completion on site. We undertake design management, ensuring the coordination of the project design is delivered to the project programme and managing the multidisciplinary teams required in delivering large projects on site and on time.
