Tradition has it’s origin through the years. The dish was invented by medieval Persian soldiers who used their swords to grill meat over open-field fires."Kebab", or the way the meat turns, is derived from Arabic word "cabob", meaning “to burn or char”. At Kebabos you can taste delicious Oriental cuisine, prepared according to the traditional recipes. Our Chefs will prepare with great pleasure Kebab, Kebab burger, Gozleme, Pide, Lahmacun, Iskender and many other recipes. Probably some of these names are not familiar to you, but this is not a problem, because our cooks or cashiers will guide you on the specific of Oriental cuisine.
