KeBeK's team is working together for c. 20 years, as the 4 founding partners joined forces since their time at KBC Private Equity. We have a long-standing track-record with 30+ portfolio companies invested and 30+ add-ons realised. When supporting companies, we focus on value creation strategies combining:(i) organic growth (roll-out, push, penetrate markets / channels, expand offerings)(ii) reinforcement in organization, operations, processes, systems buy-and-build or consolidation plays KeBeK is then acting as sounding board and support to management and partners.
