Kechi Yachting Training Center; Since 1998, it has been operating in the field of education yachting industry, International Yacht Training (IYT) in the accredited school in Turkey. In the corporate field; “Captain Style Leadership and Team Work” based on competences, developed academically; team development, leadership skills development, team communication, coordination, moral motivation and team cohesion, and so on. In the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, mainly in Istanbul and Bodrum, there are treasure hunting, regatta and orientated scenarios at sea and motivation and yacht races programs are made to companies and groups at sea. Under the roof of the Empire Yacht Academy, 200 GT Yacht Master and STCW driving licenses are available for professional yachts recognized by the MCA.
