Kecho Collective

Kecho Collective is a design practice with collaborators from Vietnam, France, and the United States of America. We believe in the collective effort of the designers and the users/clients in creating comfortable and beautiful architecture that reflects users’ need. Our collaborative works have been recognized by major design awards such as the Vietnam National Design Awards in Vietnam, and Excellent Awards from the Small House and Cottage Gardens in New York, USA. We were also awarded by the Union International of Architects to present our work in Rio de Janeiro in 2021. Our approach to design stresses on the concept of sustainability. We try to design to benefit clients but at the same time minimize the impact to the environment. For that reason, we try to integrate susainable and natural materials whenever possible. At Kecho Collective, we work across scales and at all types of programs and typologies, from residential (houses, housing blocks) to hospitality (restaurant, hotel), cultural (museum, gallery) to new urban neighborhoods and large-scale landscape infrastructure (park). We strike for solving problem creatively, and commit to solutions that honor people and places, as we believe this is the ultimate assurance toward a sustainable future.
