Kedia Organisation, the oldest and one of the most revered business conglomerate of the country has been practicing a synergistic combination of Family ownership and Professional Management. ESTABLISHED Year 1909 A.D. HISTORY With the blessing and inspiration of Late Ram Kumar Kedia, his two sons Late Mahabir Prasad Kedia and Late Brij Lal Kedia started their industrial journey from a humble beginning to a multi-million conglomerate. Starting from a small cloth business named after their fathers Late Sundarmal Kedia and Late Ram Kumar Kedia, it was surely a turning point for KEDIA's when a first foundation stone was laid from a small cloth business gradually turning into a great business empire. The hard toil put in by the elders was never let down by late visionary Brijlal Kedia. Who knew that one day he would become the ruler of great KEDIA empire. When Nepal was passing through an arduous time in 1933, the business took its full growth and expanded rapidly in all critical sectors such as Agro, Refinery, Food Processing, Steel, Textile, Fabric etc. Under the dynamic leadership of Late Brijlal Kedia, the Group intensified its presence in the core sectors of industry and by 21st century the group emerged as a dominant business house basically in key sectors like Agro, Steel, Refinery, Textile and Fabric, Food and Beverage etc. He was a prominent social worker and served as the founder member of various social welfare trust. His devotion and dedication towards social welfare, national economy and social upliftment is in fact a perennial source of inspiration. The footsteps of the great man who had a vision for the years ahead are perfectly followed by his sons and grandsons.
