Kedma - Education

At Kedma, we believe that quality and equity in education is the key to a healthy and inclusive society and we promote closing opportunity gaps through 2 main areas of action- We provide support and resources for schools in socio-economic disadvantaged areas- We develop and distribute pedagogical materials, promoting the values of equality, social justice, human rights, and multicultural discourse in education to over educators. Kedma aims to foster a passion for learning and social action among all students, along with a desire for excellence. We operate with awareness and consideration for the different values and needs of the various communities and involve the parents in the educational process. The schools that Kedma accompanies are a place of growth and belonging: when they graduate, the students believe in their ability to influence their community and to become significant partners in shaping an Israeli society based on caring and mutual understanding.
