KEDP CPAs Group was established in 2008 in Taipei by Peter Lu, with the ambition of “Providing the best service of any accounting firm”, and thus KEDP has recruited many professionals from the Big Four, all of whom have received excellent training in international taxation and are experienced in serving cross-border clients. There are seven departments: Domestic Tax Consulting, International Tax Consulting, Accounting & Booking, Audit & Assurance, Legal, Offshore Consulting and Administrative Affairs. Each department has its own duties and professional expertise and supports each other, so that all of them can provide individual and corporate clients with a continuous service process. At present, KEDP’s services have expanded to China’s large cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and HK and other countries, such as Singapore and Malaysia, trying to build a professional platform consisting of experienced lawyers and tax experts to assist Chinese people in wealth management and heritage. KEDP Chairman, Peter Lu, demands of himself to take the leading role in the accounting industry when all the international tax laws and regulations are constantly changing, so he, in turn, expects all of the KEDP staff to develop professional expertise, always keeping their knowledge up-to-date, and observing international environmental trends and changes.
