Keep the Change“ is a non-profit organisation, located in Dienvidkurzeme region, Latvia. Founded in 2017. The NGO mostly focuses on topics such as self-development, motivation, stress management, social and emotional skills, sports, health, and how to develop a variety of skills that are necessary for everyday life - personally and professionally. This organisation focuses on:*Project writing, attracting funds and implementing projects (local and international projects). Main focus is on young people (age 18-30). Through different activities, organisation aims to:*Help with goal setting and helping young people finding career path.*Help with developing set of skills necessary for personal and professional life.*Help with developing ideas and learning about starting your own business. NGO is always open for new projects and also opportunities to build a permanent partnership in different sectors and with different NGOs. Through partnerships between organisations, new ideas can also be developed to improve the lives of young people and to focus efforts on action in this direction. Staff involved in the organisation have been actively working in the youth field for many years. Internationally “Keep the Change” has been partners in many projects in Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Georgia, Albania, Serbia and other countries. Our NGO focuses on good partnerships and quality projects to give young people an opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally, equip themselves with new knowledge and after participating in projects - to be a able to have a better life and give the knowledge back to society. Locally “Keep the Change” has managed projects for young people's personal development. In the year 2021 we applied for 4 grants in Latvia from which we received 3. During 6 months period NGO organised more than 100 activities (lectures, sessions, workshops) for young people in Dienvidkurzemes region. More than people attended.
