ABOUT ME With over 20 years of special education teaching experience and a Master’s specializing in learning handicaps, I’ve seen firsthand just how important it is to maintain a strong brain and general wellness – no matter where or when you start. As my family and friends began to battle symptoms of cognitive decline like mental fog and long term memory loss, I was determined to help make a difference. I earned my certification as a Health Coach, further specializing in the area of brain function to provide equal care to the body and mind. Staying sharp is merely a matter of practice – and I provide all the tips, tricks, and tools you and your loved ones need to maintain your cognitive health throughout every stage of life!
