Kefi Yoga

Kefi yoga is an individually owned yoga studio that serves its customers and its community with the utmost care. Kefi offers group and private yoga classes including vinyasa, yin, beginner yoga, hot yoga, unheated yoga, slow flow yoga, sound baths, yoga sculpt, family yoga, heated Pilates, and fusions with guided meditation, breathwork and spiritual healing. Kefi Yoga is welcoming, inclusive and friendly, embracing and celebrating its community with special events, generosity and service of the individual experience of each student. Kefi's instructors are committed, knowledgeable and attentive. Through excellent yoga instruction, Kefi Yoga takes care of the physical and mental wellness of students of all ages. LOBBY ENTRANCE IN THE BACK Kefi (κεφι) is a philosophy. It is a Greek term that has no direct English translation but encompasses the spirit of joy, passion, euphoria, and enthusiasm. Kefi is an overpowering emotion you have when you completely let go in the moment, release inhibitions, and allow yourself to joyfully feel the life pulsing through your body and soul. I felt this concept encompassed what I wanted to impart to the community through our practice.
