A sixth-generation Portlander, from a family of builders and contractors, Martin Kehoe got his start by building and developing row houses in the city of Portland. Eventually, his projects expanded into building single-family subdivisions, condominiums and apartments all around the Portland metropolitan area. As desirable suburban land became harder to locate, the firm turned its focus to the urban core. Kehoe NorthWest Properties has actively developed many urban condominiums, rejuvenated historic buildings into premium living spaces, and other multifamily and commercial projects right in the heart of the city. With decades of experience, Kehoe NorthWest is able to execute on a variety of projects and seeks to deliver some of the best communities possible. Through strategic planning and a cautious approach, Kehoe NorthWest Properties has been involved in developing over a half a billion dollars worth of real estate, since 1989.
