Payroll services rendered by Keigh Administration include the following: Monthly Basis:*Calculating the correct PAYE, SDL and UIF for each employee and structuring each employee’s package *Paying over to SARS the PAYE, SDL and UIF for each employee and paying over the relevant company contributions *Paying over any medical aid deductions to the relevant Administrator for each employee *Paying over any Pension or Provident fund deductions to the relevant Administrator for each employee *Billing the company with the Salary draw as well as the Tax Invoice for the fee detailed below, five days prior to salary payment date *Paying each employee on your chosen date of remuneration *Maintaining up-to-date staff files, which involves:**Allocating leave for each employee per month **Deducting leave taken by each employee per month **Reporting on a monthly basis the balance of leave accumulated by each employee Bi-Annual Basis:*Balancing the PAYE contributions (EMP501) with SARS bi-annually *Issuing IRP5's to each employee at the end of each tax year Bookkeeping services rendered by Keigh Administration include the following:*Inputting the Bank Statement onto Pastel Accounting and balancing *Submitting to the client a detailed Trial Balance each month *Remitting the VAT report as well as submitting same to SARS *Submitting to the client chosen Auditors the financial statements at the end of each financial year and attending to any queries that might arise from these *Processing the end of the year journals from the Auditors
