Keihin Co, Ltd. was founded in 1972, when it spun off from the valve department of Keihin Seiki Manufacturing Co, Ltd.(now Keihin Corporation). Since our founding, we have maintained close ties with Keihin Seiki, Keihin Corporation, and Keihin Valve Corporation, integrating industrial valve manufacturing and sales operations with these companies. In 2005, we acquired capital in Keihin Valve Corporation upon its foundation and worked to develop stronger ties, laying the foundation for our valve development, manufacturing, and sales operations.
