We are family-owned Alphonso Mango Processing unit, running for more than 40years. We are based at the core area of Alphonso Mango in Ratnagiri (MH), India, Where Alphonso Mango originates and grows. We grow Alphonso mango orchards on 100+ acres of land. We have evolved as a pure and best quality producer of Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango Pulp/Puree. Our Alphonso Mango Processing unit is located at the origin and harvesting regions of Alphonso Mangoes ensures we can source the best quality of Alphonso Mangoes and maintain quality standards. The unique combination of soil and climate makes the Alphonso Mango variety characteristic in aroma, flavour, colour and taste. Alphonso Mango grows in hilly area as well as red laterite soil. The breeze coming from West coast makes more in unique in aroma and flavour. We believe in good quality of raw material, natural ripening process, state of art processing line, maintaining hygiene practices with standard SOP's and packed in sustainable packaging formats makes the product unique in quality and sustainability. We have tied up with more than 70 Alphonso Mango Growers from which we directly purchase the Alphonso Mangoes. That allows us assured quality and quantity of Alphonso mangoes. We maintain necessary records from procurement of Alphonso mangoes to the delivery of end product to the customer. We procure raw matured Alphonso Mangoes at our mango ripening house. This undergoes natural ripening for 8-10days. That allows developmen of natural aroma, flavour, colour and taste in Alphonso Mango. Our Processing Unit is a state of art semiautomatic processing line, which provides a capacity of 5 MTS per Hr. We produce Alphonso Mango Pulp/Puree in OTS Cans as well as frozen packed in Food Grade Polythene bags. We offer customized solution to customers with their required specifications
