KELM Solutions, since 2014, has been providing comprehensive aerial imaging and spatial information processing services with the support of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). We utilize digital imagery, photogrammetry techniques, laser scanning, and direct in-situ measurements to deliver professional spatial solutions, including terrain and object modeling, orthophotomaps, visual inspections, object inventories, volumetric calculations, and change analysis. Our company combines a passion for aviation and photography with expertise in spatial information processing and remote sensing. We primarily tailor our capabilities to professionals in industries such as civil engineering, surveying, urban planning, architecture, historic preservation, energy, environmental protection, agriculture, property management and brokerage, damage assessment and insurance, tourism, advertising, and event organization. Beyond the conventional perception of imagery as an artistic form, we began harnessing "flying cameras" in engineering applications to conduct inspections and perform quantitative and qualitative inventories of hard-to-reach and expansive objects. We expanded our capabilities with the use of thermal and near-infrared cameras, enhancing our analysis of fire outbreaks, thermal insulation, and vegetation studies, among other applications. This innovative approach was further complemented by low-altitude photogrammetry techniques, enabling the acquisition of geometrically accurate and georeferenced spatial models. Augmented with data from laser scanning, direct measurements, or multispectral imaging, our company explores the realm of hybrid data and remote sensing.
