KELO Chemical Co, Ltd is a leading chemical company providing concrete solution in China. It was founded in 1998 and now a listed company. KELO is the concrete admixture supplier of top 10 concrete company (China Resource, Wannianqing, Huijiang, etc). KELO’s PHC Admixture supplies China’s largest pipe pile company Jianhua Group since 2015. KELO cooperated with Beijing University of Technology in 2015. Professor Wang Ziming became KELO’s R&D advisor. Professor Wang was awarded of PCE 2019 in Recognition of the Contribution to PCE technology by Technical University of Munich. Mr. Xu was the R&D director in KELO. After graduated from Shanghai Tongji University, he became one of the first group of scientists researching about concrete admixture in China. The R&D in KELO is systematic, long-term designed and heavily invested. KELO was founded by Mr. Zeng Shuilian in 1998. Under Mr. Zeng’s management, KELO steadily grow and become an industry leader. Mr. Zeng’s son Mr. Jintao (Justin) Zeng joined KELO in 2017. Jintao Zeng was graduated from Purdue University (U.S.) and received Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Purdue University.
